RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date your product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for all return requests.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
If for any reason your order hasn't arrived within (30) days, you are eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us on email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
